Who operates this service

PLAYANY at minigame.playany.app is operated under the name PlayAny, based in China. PlayAny is an operating name, not a representation that a company is registered under that name. Contact: support@playany.app. This notice describes the current browser-game trial and its actual data flows.

Browser-local game data

This browser stores recently played game IDs, Harbor Parcel’s best score and sound preference, and up to 200 local play events. Events include starts, retries, pauses, resumes, exits and run results, with elapsed times and numeric gameplay values. They contain no name, email, account ID, IP address or absolute date. This game code does not upload these local records to a server. Storage is specific to your browser and device; blocking it may prevent saving, but does not prevent play.

Local inspection, export and clearing

The developer-console helper window.neonStats.read() reads local play events; exportJSON() returns their JSON as text, and clear() clears those events. It does not automatically upload or download a file. If you save or send an export, you control that copy. Clear this site’s data in your browser settings to remove recent games, saved score, sound preference and events; close game tabs first so active play does not write new records. Clearing resets local progress and does not erase Cloudflare records or copies you have shared.

Hosting, requests and service logs

Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Normal requests expose network information such as IP address, requested URL, request time, browser/request headers and response information to Cloudflare; technical traffic and security logs may be processed to deliver content, investigate faults and prevent abuse. The application has no player-account database or gameplay-upload endpoint and does not add a separate visitor-log database. This does not mean that the hosting provider has no logs. Avoid putting personal information in URLs.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics sends page-visit and performance measurements to Cloudflare, including page/referrer information, browser and operating-system categories, country-level reporting and loading/interactivity/layout metrics. The site operator can view aggregate reports. Cloudflare says this analytics product does not use cookies or localStorage for analytics and does not fingerprint people. This is separate from this site’s local game storage and from Cloudflare’s processing of ordinary network requests. No cookies does not mean no data processing. Contact, purposes and legal grounds

If you email support, we receive your address and what you choose to send, and use it to answer or handle your request. Do not send passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. Processing purposes are providing the requested game and local preferences, operating and securing the site, understanding aggregate performance and responding to support. Where applicable, processing relies on providing a requested service, legitimate interests in secure operation and proportionate measurement, or a legal obligation; consent will be sought when law requires it. This notice and simply playing are not a record of consent.

Recipients, international processing and retention

Cloudflare processes hosting and analytics information under its relevant service terms and privacy notice; email necessarily involves the mail providers handling your message. The operator is in China and Cloudflare operates internationally, so processing may occur outside your country. We do not promise a particular server country or claim that a particular transfer mechanism has been verified for every visitor. Local data remains until cleared, replaced or evicted by the browser; the event buffer replaces older events after 200. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. We have not verified a single fixed retention period for every Cloudflare log or report and do not promise one. Ask us for details relevant to a specific request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent where relied on, or object to processing, and complain to a competent privacy authority. Email support@playany.app with the site, approximate time and your request; we may ask for proportionate verification. Do not send identity documents unless a justified secure process is agreed. We cannot remotely read or erase browser-only records; use browser clearing for those. Aggregate reports may not allow us to identify your visit, and legal or technical limits may affect a request; we will explain rather than promise deletion of every record.

Children and changes

There is no age-verification system, player registration, chat, advertising SDK or payment feature in the current trial. We do not ask players for a birth date or deliberately request children’s personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied personal information may contact support. This notice is not a statement that all local requirements for children or public game distribution have been certified. We will update this page when practices change; materially different processing requiring consent will need its own lawful process.
