Operator and scope
These terms cover PLAYANY and the browser-game trial at minigame.playany.app, operated by PlayAny, China. Questions, rights notices or complaints: support@playany.app. Read the Privacy Policy for data practices; these terms do not turn that policy into consent.
Trial service and eligibility
The current trial is free and has no player accounts, payments, purchases or prizes redeemable for money. Features, balance and compatibility are still being tested. Use it only where lawful; if you are not legally able to agree independently, seek a parent’s or guardian’s involvement as required by local law. No age-verification or parental-consent system is provided. Take breaks and stop if play causes discomfort.
Permission to play and intellectual property
You receive a limited, non-exclusive permission to access and play the available games for personal entertainment through this site. PLAYANY’s original code, artwork, text and other protected content remain with their respective rights holders. Public access is not a licence to redistribute assets, impersonate the operator or sell the service. Third-party open-source or asset licences continue to govern their own materials; statutory rights and lawful exceptions remain unaffected.
Reasonable use
Do not attack or overload the service, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, infringe others’ rights, or use the site for unlawful activity. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support without exposing others’ data. We may take proportionate steps to address abuse or legal and security needs, including restricting access; where feasible we will explain and allow you to contact us.
Local progress and third parties
Scores, preferences and recent play are browser-local, can be cleared or lost and do not sync between devices. Exported local statistics stay under your control unless you choose to share them. Cloudflare provides hosting and analytics; external links and third-party services have their own terms and practices. Linking does not imply endorsement or transfer ownership of their content.
Availability, changes and responsibility
We aim to provide a usable trial but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free play, permanent content, saved progress or compatibility with every device. We may fix, change, pause or retire features and will give reasonable notice of significant changes when feasible. Use reasonable care with your device and browser data. Any exclusion or limitation of responsibility applies only as permitted by law; nothing excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer rights. No blanket waiver of your legal remedies is intended.
Applicable law and disputes
The operator is based in China. Applicable law and the competent court are determined by the rules that legally apply to the dispute, including mandatory protections in your place of residence where applicable. These terms do not impose exclusive foreign jurisdiction or an invented arbitration body. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern; doing so does not remove your right to seek lawful remedies.
Updates and contact
The date above identifies this version. We will publish updated terms here and highlight material changes when feasible. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a proposed change legally requires agreement, a separate valid process is needed. If you disagree, you can stop using the service and clear local site data.
